🔮Orders, Shipping & Policies
What is your refund policy?
Due to the energetic and personal nature of crystals and metaphysical items, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can make it right. Your experience matters deeply to me.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders are packed with intention and processed in the order they are received. Please allow a few business days for shipping, especially during live sales or restocks.
Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Please note that I am not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Can I place add-on orders without paying shipping again?
Yes, If your box is still open or you’re placing multiple orders, you can add items under $50 without paying shipping again.
Use code ADDON at checkout to remove shipping.
- The code must be entered in the coupon box
- Notes saying “add-on” will not remove shipping
Do you offer TikTok order packing?
TikTok order packing is not guaranteed unless it is purchased as an add-on.
If you’d like your order packed live, please make sure to include that option at checkout.
Do you offer local pickup?
I do not offer pickup at my home location for privacy and safety reasons.
However, I can meet locally in Eugene or Junction City. Please email me at caescrystals@gmail.com to coordinate pickup details.

Yes 🤍 Every crystal is cleansed before it leaves me. I believe energy matters, and I want your pieces to arrive feeling clear, grounded, and ready to connect with you.
Will I receive the exact crystal shown?
For individual listings, you will receive the exact crystal pictured.
For intuitive or mystery items, I trust the process and choose a piece that feels aligned with your energy.
How do I choose the right crystal?
Trust your intuition. The crystals you’re drawn to are often the ones your energy needs most, even if it’s just because they caught your eye.
